The hazelnut grows on shrub-like trees up to 6 metres high. Hazelnuts are harvested in September/October. To harvest them, you have to wait until they fall from the tree or shake the tree. With MONIN Hazelnut Syrup, you don't have to do any of this and can easily use the delicious nutty flavour to enhance your coffee at any time.
